GENERAL
Any items that are sold out may come back depending on the item. Individual items that are special editions will be marked as such.
Commissions and custom artwork are available. Please follow this link to see if commissions are open.
Please email if you are interested in getting any of my artwork tattooed so we can talk about costs.
Toast Girl Art reserves the rights to amend the content and policies of this site at any time.
Shipping Expenses
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $150
Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
Shipping Process
Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, but delays can happen during the a high-volume season. Shipping time is calculated from the time the order is shipped, not placed. If there is a hold up for any other reason, we will contact you via email and let you know. Please allow 5-7 days for all prints that have been ordered to ship!
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please email toastgirlart@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If you have any questions please contact toastgirlart@gmail.com
International Customs Fees
Certain countries charge customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please note that we do not cover the customs fee. If you refuse to pay customs, we can only issue a refund for your order once USPS has returned the package back to us. Sometimes it takes 1-2 months to retrieve the package back from USPS.
Missing Packages
For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs. Otherwise, contact toastgirlart@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
